Psychiatric Evaluation
Our first session together will be a one-hour psychiatric evaluation. In this session we will discuss your medical, mental, and life experiences to understand and design an effective treatment plan that is tailored to your needs. In your personalized evaluation we will assess emotional, cognitive, and behavioral functioning. Identify the impact of your mental health on daily life, work, and relationships. Develop a personalized treatment plan, including therapy, medication, or lifestyle changes. Evaluate risk factors such as self-harm, suicidal thoughts, or harm to others.
